Watch argues not blameworthy, promises to challenge charge of spitting.

LONDON: The Crown Indictment Administration (CPS) has charged previous top state leader Nawaz Sharif's driver with the supposed normal attack for spitting on a lady here in September last year.
The CPS let Geo News know that the nearby security watch Farid Nemouchi has been accused of the claimed "normal attack" on a protest made by Panzani Cheema, a Brunei public who works in London.
Pakistani media had talked with Nawaz Sharif a second prior to the occurrence. Cheema had showed up from no place and begun recording and addressing as Nemouchi was pulling on a mission to bring Nawaz back home from his child Hasan Nawaz's office.
The watchman showed up at the Westminster Justices' Court on Wednesday evening with his legal counselor Moeen Khan, a criminal regulation master.
He argued not blameworthy under the watchful eye of the appointed authority and said he will challenge the charge of spitting and making trouble Cheema who didn't show up in the court.
The investigator let the adjudicator know that the spitting act had left Panzani Cheema troubled and caused her injury. The appointed authority let Farid know that he was on bail with practically no circumstances connected. The preliminary will occur sometime in the not too distant future in June or July.
Cheema had thumped on the window of the vehicle on September 16 last year. Farid Nemouchi, driving Nawaz Sharif, brought down the window and said "Greetings" to the lady. The lady said "Hello" to Nawaz Sharif and said, "I have heard that you are an extremely bad Pakistani lawmaker."
Infuriated by the remark, the driver purportedly spat all over, moved up the window, and drove away. The whole occurrence was gotten on Panzani Cheema's telephone.
Nemouchi, Algerian by beginning, is an exceptionally prepared combative techniques master who safeguarded the PML-N supremo in London for almost three years during the previous head's last exile in London. He got back to Pakistan a couple of months prior to lead the party's political race.
Nemouchi's legal advisor Moeen Khan, of Moeen and Co Specialists, said his client has chosen not to confess.
