ISLAMABAD: The government bureau on Saturday "supported" constitution of a request commission over claims of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) judges and selected previous boss equity of Pakistan Equity (resigned) Tassaduq Hussain Jillani as its head, Geo News detailed refering to sources.
The sources said the one-part commission would hold investigation into the claims evened out by the appointed authorities in a letter.
The IHC judges — Equity Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani, Equity Tariq Mehmood Jahangiri, Equity Babar Sattar, Equity Sardar Ejaz Ishaq Khan, Equity Arbab Muhammad Tahir, and Equity Saman Fafat Imtiaz — had on Walk 26 sent a letter to the Preeminent Legal Gathering (SJC), encouraging it to meet a legal show over the supposed obstruction of knowledge organizations in legal issues.
In light of the letter, Boss Equity of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa had on Walk 28 said that intruding by the leader in the issues and "legal functions of Judges won't go on without serious consequences" no matter what.
He had expressed this during a gathering with State leader Shehbaz Sharif at the High Court in Islamabad. The main equity and PM had concurred in the gathering to frame a request commission.
A five-point plan of the government bureau meeting, managed by State head Shehbaz Sharif, was given which included conversation of the said letter and endorsement for setting up of an examination commission on the claims evened out in the letter.
The bureau meeting was hung on Zoom as a large portion of the clergymen took an interest on the web.
Prior, the bureau meeting was deferred two times because of the top state leader's bustling timetable.
