South Korea pronounces military regulation to safeguard country from 'North Korean powers'

SEOUL: South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol on Tuesday proclaimed military regulation in an unannounced late night address broadcast live on YTN TV.


Yoon said he had no real option except to depend on such an action to defend free and sacred request, saying resistance groups have kidnapped of the parliamentary cycle to toss the country into an emergency.
