She told the distribution, "I don't consider it to be a separation, I consider it to be a separation. We were together 13 years. However, rather than handling everything, I hurled myself entirely into work and shut off my feelings."
"I just went into endurance mode. Then everything rose to the top recently and I was intellectually and truly separating," Helen said, adding, "It was truly miserable and exceptionally frightening. I was seeing things and I felt like I was in peril constantly."
Besides, the Crowning celebration star took to her authority Instagram account in Spring uncovering that she was taking on a mystery conflict with her emotional well-being in the long periods of January and February following her split from her ex Scott.
Also, she moved back from her job as Miss Scarlett in the theater visit through Cluedo 2 to put her wellbeing and family first.
